Run for Mo: Honoring Moriah Wilson at the Vermont Ragnar Relay

Ascutney, VT – September 8, 2024

We are excited to share our participation in the Vermont Ragnar Relay held on September 6-7, 2024. This 24-hour trail running relay race was a challenging and exhilarating event that tested the limits of endurance and teamwork. This year, our run held special significance as we dedicated it to the memory of Moriah “Mo” Wilson and the mission of The Moriah Wilson Foundation.

Moriah’s passion for the outdoors and sports inspired her two aunts, Andrea Wilson Solomon and Laura Wilson Todd, and six of their amazing friends to make this existing race a fundraiser. They trained all summer garnering Moriah’s energy to get out on the trails with unwavering dedication.  More than $8,000 was raised from the collective efforts of this team to support the mission and power of outdoor programs the foundation supports. But more than that this group lifted up the memory of Moriah with every step and stride on those trails with a full heart of gratitude for her life and the impact she is still making on us.
